"Free Web Portals" contains only original PHP, css and and javascript codes designed to be interpreted by PHP 5.0 or greater and in the process making use of installed PHP code libraries including but not restricted to the SQLITE 2.0 and ImagMagick libraries. "Free Web Portals" is licensed to you the downloader under GPL3 GNU license which in effect ensures your right to use, modify, extend and redistribute the product under the sole restriction that the same GPL3 license apply to your derivatives. That being said this does not prohibit charging a fee for the development or distribution of, add on modules to, or derivatives of, the "Free Web Portals" software.
